He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy & alumni of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, has over 40 years of professional management experience in leading positions of reputed companies in India. He is a Former Financial Trustee of a leading women’s college in Chennai. He was fully responsible for starting MSSM and produced excellent results till date.

DR. H. SANKARAN M.A., B.G.L., D.L.A.L., Ph.D. Principal, MSSM

He is a Post Graduate in Rural Sociology, Community Development & Social Psychology with Ph.D in Human Resources Management has over 40 years of industrial & academic blended experience in the field of HR, IR, Personnel & Administration fields heading reputed industries and institutions. He has travelled to Central Africa, Japan, UK & Mauritius for academic / industrial purposes. His association with INDIA CEMENTS, TVS GROUP & BEST&CROMPTON GROUP heading HR created a mile stone in his career. He has been Director & Dean, PRIST UNIVERSITY ,Professor in VIT & Principal in VEL TECH COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT & SCIENCE and Dean - Management Studies in St.Eugiene University, Zambia, Central Africa. After finishing his MBA from the Department of Commerce & Management Studies, University of Calicut in 1988, served the Corporates in companies such as “The Chabbria Group”, The TATA’s & the RANBAXY group for about 8 years later he became a Entrepreneur and remained an Entrepreneur for a decade. He has widely travelled on business to Hong Kong, East African Nations & Europe on businesses. His passion for teaching brought him into Academics which he has been serving for the past 7 years. His areas of interests are International Marketing, Product & Brand Management, Marketing Research & Consumer Behaviour, Business Policy and Strategic Management and Human Resource Management; He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Management at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. He has published three research papers as on date in both international and national peer refereed journals.

He has over 25 years of corporate experience (in marketing) and is in the academics for the past ten years. His last corporate role was being the Vice President of Blue Star Limited. Prof. P. Lakshminarayanan is the Vice-President-Administration at Kodai Business School, of American university of India. He has a pool of 27 years of industrial experience and 3 years of academic experience. He has twenty years of experience in International Trade and Business, Marketing, Operations, Consultancy and traveled extensively to European and South East Asian markets working for reputed MNCs.

MR. MADHAVAN T. GOPALACHARY

Mr. Madhavan T. Gopalachary is an alumnus of I.I.T.Madras and possess 39 years of experience in the Corporate World and have served in leading organizations as CEO reporting to the Board of Directors. He has worked for British, Swedish, East African countries, American MNCs as well as very large Indian business houses. Some of the brands he has worked are global brands like: GEC Diesels, Atlas Copco, Ford, JCB, and Fenner to name a few. He is specialized in Marketing, Strategic Planning, Manufacturing, and Profit Center Management, Market entry studies, Surveys, Feasibility studies, corporate development and HRD areas.

Mr. KIDAMBI SRINIVASAN B.E. (Mech), P.G.P.E., P.G.D.M. (LIBA) 

Mr. K Srinivasan, has extensive engineering and manufacturing experience. A Mechanical Engineer, a post-graduate from IIT Madras and ISI (Indian Statistical Institute), his qualifications also include a PG Diploma in Management from LIBA, Chennai. With 30+ years of experience in TVS manufacturing unit, his depth of knowledge encompasses implementation of ISO 9000 and TS 14949 inside a variety of manufacturing settings. As Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner, he has worked with clients on site as a Project Leader and Project Mentor. Srinivasan has been a Visiting Faculty member in many leading B Schools and his expertise includes Operations Management, Operations Research and Quantitative Methods.

He is a 360 degree brand communication professional with copywriting, visualizing, ideating and executing Knowledge. After working in various medias he became Freelancer in vernacular magazines like Ananda Vikatan and Vin Nayagan. Then he was the Creative Head of a Thanjavur-based Advertising Agency, Phoenix Communications. Later became Brand Manager at Makkal TV & Asst. Manager - Marketing at Sify. Currently, he is the Chief-Ideas at Pumpkin Communications Pvt. Ltd. P.K. GOPALAKRISHNAN, Senior Vice President – HR (Consumer Finance Division), IndusInd Bank Ltd. He is an accomplished professional with over 40 years of corporate experience in various functions such as Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance, Export and Sales Finance, Non-Banking Financial Services, Banking, Internal Audit and Strategic Human Resources Management. VIJAY XAVIER

Vijay Xavier is an Economics Graduate from Madras University. He is an Alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, with a residential speciality course on Product Policy and New Product Management under IIM-A’s Management Development Programme. He has been trained at the Campaign Planning Workshop for the Asia-Pacific Region of Lintas Worldwide at Kuala Lumpur. He spent a 19 year stint with Lintas handling a wide portfolio of Products / Brands. He left Advertising after 19 years and did a 4 Year stint in the Publishing Industry as Publisher and Chief Executive of Star TV Guide. He is responsible for Strategic Planning and developing Communication for several mega MNC brands in addition to shouldering Training & Development and New Business Development responsibilities. He is also an Event Management Specialist and Heads the Event Management Cell of Lintas India.

MR. RAJESH B.Tech, IIT P.G.D.M., IIM(B)

Rajesh completed his B.Tech, Electrical engineering from IIT Madras in 2001 and his Post Graduate Diploma in Managament from IIM Bangalore in 2003. Post this, he worked in the KPO sector with Irevna Research Services for around 2 years and then later as an Equity Research Analyst with Credit Suisse for around 4 years. He currently works as a teacher at Ascent Education, a Chennai-based company that trains students to take up competitive exams such as CAT, GRE and GMAT. He joined Ascent Education in January 2010 and has been there since. His preferred topics are Quantitative subjects (Statistics, Probability), Economics.

MRS. RANJETHA SHIVAKUMAR B.E., P.G.D.M (Great Lakes Institute of Management)

Mrs. Ranjetha Shivakumar completed her B.E, Computer Science from SRM University in 2001. She worked with Sudyk DataSoft as a Software developer for 2.5 years before completing her MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management in 2005. Post MBA, Ranjeetha worked with IT vendors, HCL Tcehnologies, Logica and T-Systems in sales and project management roles. Her preferred topics are Marketing, Project Management.

Mr. Baskar completed his B.E, Mechanical engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University in 1991 and his Post Graduate Diploma in Managament from IIM Calcutta in 1994. He worked as an investment analyst at Kotak Securities before embarking on his first entrepreneurial venture. After working in a few start-ups, Baskar started Ascent Education in 2001 and has been training students to take up competitive exams such as CAT, GRE and GMAT for the past 10 years. She is a doctorate in Psychology from University of Madras. She specialized in the area of ‘Anxiety and Depression’. She has provided HR consulting & counseling for more than 10 business organizations and soft skills workshops in various colleges and universities all over Tamil Nadu. Her articles are frequently published in reputed journals namely ‘Daily Thanthi’, ‘Malaimalar’, ‘The Hindu’ & ‘Times of India’. She is also regularly invited in TV channels like ‘Sun TV’, ‘Raj TV’, ‘Vijay TV’ & ‘NDTV’. Currently, she is heading SUGAM consultancy.
